SHIPPING:
All pieces will be shipped 1st Class Royal Mail and signets Special delivery.
Signet rings will be posted Special Delivery (insured, fully tracked, guaranteed, next day) for piece of mind ~ this cost will be shown on the items postage.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
No returns as each piece is hand made to order.
~ Alterations can be made if necessary depending on the piece. Please contact within 14 days if you need an alteration on your piece of jewellery and I will see if this is possible. Postage costs for this cannot be refunded.
Each signet is hand carved - due to this please allow between 2-3 weeks before your piece is shipped! Waiting's not too fun, but I appreciate your patience.
